Manage section: Add a purpose (admins only)

  1. Go to the “Manage” section of the site by clicking the “Manage” tab in menu at the top of the page (This tab is only visible to admins).
  2. Click on the “Purpose” tab in the middle menu. You will now see an overview of all available purposes, along with descriptions and the dates they were added.
  3. To add a new purpose, click the blue “Add purpose” button on the right. You will now see a form where you can add a description of the purpose
  4. When you have added the desired information, click the blue “Add purpose” button.
  5. The added purpose will now be available in the purpose list.

Manage section: Add a client (admins only)

  1. Go to the Manage section of the site by clicking the “Manage” tab in the menu at the top of the site. (This tab is only visible to admins).
  2. Click on the “Clients” tab in the middle menu. You will now be presented with an overview of all available clients along with addresses and the dates they were added.
  3. To add a new client, click on the blue button on the right marked “Add client”. You will now see a form where you can enter the client’s name and address.
  4. When you have added the desired information, click the blue “Add client” button.
  5. The new client will now be available in the Clients list.

Manage section: Add a new vehicle (admins only)

  1. Go to the Manage section by clicking the “Manage” tab in the menu at the top of the page (This tab is only visible to admins).
  2. Click on the “Vehicles” tab in the middle menu. You will now see an overview of all vehicles in your team/company. There are 2 scroll down menus, one for selecting either Personal or Company, and one for selecting a driver in your team/organization. The following information is available for each vehicle: vehicle name, registration/license number, mileage and date added.
  3. To add a new vehicle, click on the blue button on the right marked “Add vehicle”. You will now see a form where you can fill in the vehicle name (e.g. make and model) and license plate, and engine/fuel type. Under ‘Use’ you select either Personal or Company. Vehicles intended for business only or with strict limitations on private use should should be categorized as ‘Company’. Private vehicles and company cars intended for personal as well as business use should be categorized as ‘Personal’.
  4. Click “Assign driver” to select which drivers you want to have access to the vehicle.
  5. When you have added the required information, click the blue button marked “Add vehicle”.
  6. The vehicle will now be available in your vehicles list.

Manage section: Add a new driver (admins in company account only)

  1. Go to the Manage section by clicking the “Manage” tab in the menu at the top of the page. (This tap is only visible to admins).
  2. Click on the “Drivers” tab in the middle menu. You will now get an overview of all drivers in your team or organization, along with their name, role (Admin or Driver) and the date they were added.
  3. To add a new driver, click the “Add driver” button on the right.
  4. You will now see a form where you can ad information about the driver, including first and last name, email address and role. The email address will function as the new driver’s username.
  5. Add the required information. NOTE! Admin rights should be limited to a small number of people in your team or organization.
  6. When you have completed the form, click the “Add driver” button.
  7. An invitation to your team/organization will now be sent to the drivers email address. Pending invitations will be visible at the bottom of the page under “Invites”.

How to download a report as an admin

  1. Go to the Reports section by clicking the “Reports” tab in the menu at the top of the page.
  2. In the Reports section you’ll have an overview of all trips categorized as business by members of your team during a specific period. You can choose to see trips for past day, the past 7 days, the past 30 days, or for a custom date range. You can also see trips for specific vehicles and for specific members of your team/organization.
  3. Choose the period you want to download a report for in the scroll down menu in the middle of the section. Then choose which driver you want the report for in the drivers scroll down menu. If multiple vehicles are available, choose either one or all vehicles in the vehicles scroll down menu.
  4. When you decide to set a custom period, a calendar will appear. Select the start and end dates for your custom period. If you pressed a wrong date, simply click on “Reset” below and to the right. When you’ve set your desired period in the calendar, press “Confirm”.
  5. All trips categorized as business in your defined period will now appear in the Reports section, organized by date. Additional information can be viewed by clicking on each trip.
  6. Download a report for the period by pressing the blue “Download” button on the right. A scroll down menu will appear where you can choose between 3 file formats: PDF, CSV and XLSX. Select your prefered format and the file will be downloaded to your device.

How to download a report as a driver

  1. Go to Reports by clicking the “Reports” tab in the menu at the top of the page.
  2. In Reports you can get an overview of all trips you have categorized as business during a specific period. You can choose to see trips for the previous day, the past 7 days, the past 30 days, or for a custom date range. You can also choose to see your driving with specific vehicles.
  3. Select the period you want to download a report for in the scroll down menu in the middle of the section. You can also choose whether you want the report to include all vehicles or one vehicle.
  4. If you chose to set a custom period, a calendar will appear. Click on your desired start end dates. The selected period will be marked in blue in the calendar. If you want to set a new period, click on “Reset” below and to the right. When you’ve set your desired period, press “Confirm”.
  5. All trips categorized as business in the set period will now be displayed in the Reports section organized by date. Additional information can be viewed by clicking on each trip.
  6. To download a report for the period, press the blue “Download” button on the right. A scroll down menu will appear where you can choose between 3 file formats: PDF, CSV and XLSX. Select your preferred format and the file will be downloaded to the default download location on your device.
